Orthopedic Pain Management - Regenerative Cell Therapy ("stem cells"), Prolozone, Prolotherapy, PeriNeural Injection Technique (PIT®), Neural Therapy and more.

Of all the organs in our bodies, the skeletal system- joints, ligaments, tendons- has the least blood supply, causing it to wear out more quickly than other organs, causing arthritis and tendonitis, causing symptoms starting even in our 30s and 40s.

Over 60 years ago, doctors started treating these local areas of deterioration and inflammation with injections to increase the blood flow and stimulate healing and repair. This was called proliferation or Prolotherapy. Early trials used forms of sugars with success. Adding ozone gave a better response (Prolozone Therapy).  The latest and most effective form of “Prolotherapy” is the use of “Stem Cells.” These cells, produced in our bone marrow and stored in fat pads, are the major factor in the healing and repair of all tissues in our bodies.  They are usually reserved for the more severe or chronic conditions and in and around the joints.

Which type is best for you? That depends on your age, general health, which area is involved, and the degree of damage. Given your lifestyle and needs, we will explain the pros and cons of each treatment so you will choose the type of treatment that best suits your needs.

Using “stem cells” to repair various conditions is becoming widely available. The way we use “stem cells”, Regenerative Cell Therapy (RCT), in our office, however, makes us unique for the following reasons:

I: It is necessary for a person’s body to have optimum health and nutrition to benefit from any form of treatment. With our extensive experience, we evaluate each person’s nutritional status, as well as investigate the presence of any toxins. We offer treatment in these problem areas. In this way we can improve the chances for optimal response to the stem cell treatment.

II: We use the most up-to-date ultrasound equipment to ensure the precise and proper sites of all the treatments.

III: This office has some of the longest (since 1998) and extensive experience in the use of Prolotherapy, Prolozone, PIT®, Neural Therapy, and Regenerative Cell Therapy of any facility in the area.

We are constantly attending conferences throughout the country (and out of the country), sharing ideas for the newest and best techniques and equipment.
