Digestive Problems & Intravenous Therapies

As we get older, many body functions decline. Our hair gets gray, our skin wrinkles, and we run slower. Our G.I. Tract also ages- resulting in poorer digestion and most important, diminished absorption of vital nutrients. The increased incidence of gluten sensitivities and nutrient-depleted processed foods make this problem even worse. Half of my patients over the age of 45, even those with healthy diets and taking supplements, are found to have various types and degrees of malnutrition. This contributes to many degenerative conditions and may even play a role in the development of Alzheimer's disease. (Please see my videos in that section).

The conditions of inadequate nutrient absorption can be treated by specific IVs, which put the needed nutrients directly into the blood and bypass the gastrointestinal tract. This form of treatment is simple and highly effective in many conditions, including:

Getting large amounts of needed vitamins, minerals, and nutrients to severely depleted patients where oral feeding is ineffective.

Getting large doses of Vitamin C into a patient as part of an alternative cancer support program.

Providing basic nutrition for the temporary or long-term malfunctioning of the GI tract.

Introducing poorly absorbed nutrients, such as glutathione,* in needed doses where oral feeding is too slow.
