Hello, I am Dr. Neil Raff. I graduated from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine over 40 years ago with a world-class medical education. By the 1990’s, medical care was being invaded by HMO’s, which resulted in our present-day healthcare system - dominated by insurance companies (brief visits, lots of tests) and big pharma (drugs, drugs, and more drugs). This system was against my training, so we created an office of “advanced medical care,” open-minded to all new and old ideas beneficial to our patients, whether from Eastern medicine, Western science, or Holistic and Functional medicine. In the last 20 years, we have been testing for vitamin D levels, homocysteine, and the presence of toxic metals, and using chelation and ozone and now Neural Therapy, Perineural Injection Therapy, Regenerative Therapies such as Prolotherapy, Prolozone, “stem cells” and others as part of our treatments.
